With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience that sets the tone for everything we do. Will is a Commissioned Maryland Notary Public with 10 years of active experience. He is licensed in the State of Maryland as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) and has completed over 300 loan closings. Will is a NNA Certified and Background screened Signing Agent carrying $100,000 of Errors and Omissions Insurance. He is also a Licensed Maryland Real Estate Salesperson and REALTOR giving him unique experience on both sides of real estate transactions.
